Agent Floor licence agreement

This is the same agreement shown by the Agent Floor installer.

AGENT FLOOR END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

By installing or using Agent Floor ("the Software") you agree to these terms.
If you don't agree, don't install or use it.

1. LICENSE
Lampbench grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to
install and use the Software on computers you own or control, for your own
use. The Software is licensed, not sold.

2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
  - copy, share, resell, rent, lend, sublicense or otherwise redistribute the
    Software, its installer or your license;
  - reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise try to derive its
    source code, except where applicable law expressly permits it despite
    this restriction;
  - remove or change any copyright, trademark or other notices.

3. YOUR DATA
The Software reads Claude Code log files on your computer and displays them
locally. It makes no network connections unless you turn on update checks;
the check downloads a small version file and sends nothing about you or your
computer.

4. UPDATES
If you turn on update checks, the Software may offer updates. Updates are
covered by this agreement unless they come with their own terms.

5. NO WARRANTY
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of
any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose and non-infringement. Usage figures it shows are
estimates. The Software does not control, pause or resume any agent.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lampbench will not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of
data, profits or use, arising from your use of the Software. Lampbench's total
liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Software.

7. REFUNDS
All sales final, except if it won't run on your PC: contact support@lampbench.com
within 14 days of purchase and you'll be refunded.

8. TERMINATION
This license ends automatically if you break these terms. When it ends, stop
using the Software and delete all copies.

9. NOT AFFILIATED
Agent Floor is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic. Claude and
Claude Code are trademarks of their owner and are used only to describe
compatibility.
